Mixing Medium

Stumbled across this a few days ago and was pleasantly surprised. Contact solution makes a GREAT mixing medium. If you are unfamiliar with this term, a mixing medium is just a liquid you mix with your shadows to increase pigmentation and/or change the texture..... Click for video tutorial!
Using contact solution almost turns your eyeshadow into a paint instantly. It has the prettiest finish as well as the intensity of the color is increased 10 fold. I created this look the other day with the same technique...Have fun with this tip and try taking some of those shadows you might not have used for a while because the color pay off was sooo horrible, and mix it with a little solution. I'm sure it will bring it back to life.
